WHAT IF I CANNOT AFFORD YOUR FULL FEES?
For clients who are not able to afford the full fees, there are limited sliding scale (lower fees) options, considered on eligibility and a case by case basis. Feel free to ask for consideration when you call.
HOW LONG WILL I NEED TO BE IN THERAPY?
There is so specific time frame for therapy as it depends on the presenting concern and history as well as the treatment plan discussed between you and your therapist. Depending on the type of changes or goals you are willing to accomplish it may vary between few weeks to months.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO ACHIEVE THROUGH COUNSELING?
Counseling has many benefits for people depending on their determination and commitment to the therapy process. People usually report better personal relationships, problem-solving skills, coping with everyday stress, improved self-esteem, and quality of life among several other individual goals.
DOES WHAT I SAY IN THERAPY, STAY IN THERAPY?
Usually, whatever a client says to their therapist stays private and confidential but there are times where a therapist is legally/ethically obliged to break confidentiality, i.e. in cases of self/other harm, child abuse, elder abuse, court order. Confidentiality and Privacy are the basis of effective therapy process.
