ENAYA'S STORY
"Help, Care, Gift"
The word "Enaya" has its roots in Arabic, meaning Gift, Care, and Help. I believe this one word mostly sums up what psychotherapy is or can be for you. It is through therapy that we learn self-compassion, self-care, and a way to connect with our authentic self - a precious gift! We notice when we are kinder to ourselves through our struggles, it helps to work through the pain better.
