The Art of Healthy Boundaries

A restorative day retreat for women · Sunday, November 1, 2026

Stay connected without losing yourself.

You spend so much time caring, giving, managing, and showing up for others. This retreat is an invitation to pause—and make room for yourself.

This intimate, psychologist-led wellness experience is for women who want to protect their energy, communicate their needs more confidently, and remain connected to others without continually overextending themselves.

No previous retreat experience is needed. Come as you are; every activity and all personal sharing are optional.

Reset. Reclaim. Reconnect. — a day retreat for women on Sunday, November 1, 2026 in Cumming, Georgia, close to Avalon. Limited spots; join the waitlist.

Reflect. Learn. Connect. Restore.

Across five thoughtfully curated hours, boundary education meets guided reflection, practical exercises, meaningful connection, and restoration.

  • Reflect

Notice where your time and emotional energy are overextended—and the signals that a boundary may be needed.

  • Learn

Explore porous, rigid, and healthy boundaries, then practice language that is warm, clear, and respectful.

  • Connect

Share space with other women through guided activities and conversation, always at your own level of participation.

  • Restore

Slow down with mind-body practices, nourishing food, and a one-hour sound experience led by a guest wellness professional.

Care for yourself without guilt—and practice one clear, compassionate boundary at a time.

Important participant information

This is a psychoeducational wellness retreat—not psychotherapy, psychological or medical treatment, crisis intervention, or a substitute for individualized professional care. Participation does not establish a clinical relationship with Enaya, Dr. Fatima Wasim, or a guest presenter.

The sound experience is for relaxation and general wellness. If you are pregnant or have seizures, migraines, tinnitus, hearing concerns, an implanted medical device, significant sound sensitivity, or another relevant condition, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before participating. You may use ear protection, choose chair seating, or opt out.

The retreat is not designed to assess, treat, or stabilize an acute mental-health or substance-use crisis. If you are unsure whether a group wellness retreat is appropriate now, consult your treating professional. In immediate danger or unable to stay safe, call 911, visit the nearest emergency department, or call or text 988.

Attendees will be asked to respect one another's privacy, though confidentiality among participants cannot be guaranteed. Registration will include media choices, including an option for no recognizable photo, video, or audio recording.

Why Enaya Retreats

Healing in community — an extension of our mission.

At Enaya Counseling & Consulting, our mission has always been to help individuals build lives that feel authentic, connected, and emotionally fulfilling. While individual therapy creates profound opportunities for personal healing, we also recognize the unique power of healing in community.

Enaya Retreats are psychologist-led wellness retreats thoughtfully designed for women who desire meaningful personal growth, emotional wellness, authentic connection, and intentional living. Blending evidence-based psychology with restorative experiences, each retreat invites you into a nurturing environment where lasting transformation can begin.

These retreats are not group therapy and are not a replacement for individual counseling. They are professionally facilitated wellness and personal growth experiences that integrate psychological education, experiential learning, mindfulness, creativity, movement, and meaningful connection.

Healing is not only about overcoming struggles — it is about creating space to remember who you are beneath them.

A personalized experience

No two Enaya retreats are exactly alike.

Each retreat is intentionally designed around the unique needs and goals of the women attending — so the experience feels both meaningful and deeply personal.

Personalized themes

Every retreat centers around a carefully curated theme, such as:

  • Authentic Living
  • Confidence & Self-Worth
  • Healing from Burnout
  • Boundaries & Healthy Relationships
  • Emotional Wellness
  • Stress & Anxiety Management
  • Midlife Growth & Identity
  • Women's Leadership & Empowerment
  • Mind-Body Connection
  • Purpose & Life Transitions

Evidence-based wellness experiences

Throughout the retreat, participants may engage in:

  • Interactive psychologist-led workshops
  • Mindfulness and meditation practices
  • Journaling and guided self-reflection
  • Creative expression experiences
  • Gentle movement and yoga
  • Nature immersion and outdoor activities
  • Group discussions and meaningful conversations
  • Relaxation and restoration experiences
  • Practical emotional wellness skills rooted in CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and self-compassion

Guided workshops

Interactive, psychologist-led tools for emotional wellness, boundaries, and self-worth.

Mindfulness & movement

Meditation, gentle yoga, breathwork, and time in nature that restore the nervous system.

Intimate community

Boutique cohorts — not large conferences — so every woman feels welcomed and seen.

Creative expression

Journaling, art, and guided reflection to hear yourself again beneath the noise.

Every experience is selected with intention — to help you leave not only feeling refreshed, but equipped with practical tools that continue supporting your well-being long after the retreat ends.

Who these retreats are for

For women ready to invest in a more authentic life.

Luxury, for us, is not excess. Luxury is having the time, space, and permission to care for yourself without guilt.

  • Beautiful natural surroundings
  • Comfortable premium accommodations
  • Peaceful spaces for reflection
  • Nourishing meals
  • Opportunities for connection and rest
  • An atmosphere of warmth, elegance, and belonging

From a past retreat

Reflect. Realign. Release.

Retreat testimonial from AK: Reflect. Realign. Release.
This past April, the women's retreat really lived up to its name and essence in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The connections and sisterhood I felt with other women was invaluable. I felt heard, seen, and not judged. I learned various ways on releasing negative energy and allowing positivity to come into my life. I also enjoyed the peace of waking up in the morning to the cool mountain air, the dew drops on leaves, and listening to the birds while I reflected upon my present and future. Finally, the delicious wholesome food and thoughtfully curated activities were beautifully designed with attention to every detail by the event coordinators, Dr. Fatima, Omnia, and Mahitab. I am truly grateful for their passionate work. — AK
What you'll leave with

More than beautiful memories.

Because the goal isn't to escape your life. It's to return to it feeling more connected to who you truly are.

  • Greater self-awareness
  • Renewed confidence
  • Practical emotional wellness tools
  • A deeper connection with yourself
  • Meaningful friendships and community
  • A clearer sense of purpose
  • Greater resilience for everyday life
  • Permission to live authentically and care for yourself intentionally
Retreats vs. therapy intensives

Similar care. Different purposes.

Although both are offered through Enaya Counseling & Consulting, they serve different needs.

Enaya Retreats

  • Psychologist-led wellness retreats for women
  • Small-group community learning and connection
  • Personal growth and empowerment
  • Educational workshops and experiential activities
  • Open to women seeking holistic wellness and authentic living
  • Designed to inspire, restore, and cultivate lasting well-being

Adult Therapy Intensives

Therapy Intensives are private, one-on-one clinical services led by a licensed psychologist for individuals seeking focused therapeutic treatment. They involve individualized assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based psychotherapy tailored to your specific concerns.

If you're seeking personalized clinical care, Adult Therapy Intensives may be the better fit. If you're looking for a restorative, professionally facilitated group experience centered on wellness, connection, and personal growth — retreats may be exactly what you're looking for.
